Shipping Times
Normal domestic shipping times apply, and you can track your parcel via the Sendle tracking number on your confirmation email.
We ship from Brisbane, QLD.
In general, same-city deliveries arrive in 2-3 days, and deliveries to nearby cities within 3-4 days.

We offer free shipping across Australia for any order above AUD 180.

If you need any assistance with your order, please send an email to our customer care team (hello@bulbulhome.com.au) and we will make every effort to sort things out for you. Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to your order once it has been shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the order (excluding the shipping fee), and ask that you resubmit the order.
