Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely happy and satisfied with your purchase. With a stringent quality assurance process, we make every effort to ensure the products reach you in pristine condition.
Some of the products are handmade, and as such there is to be expected a slight variation in colours and sizes - which only adds to their beauty.
Our return policy is simple. If there is a fault with the product, please send us an email at email@example.com within 15 days of purchase letting us know. We will contact you to determine how to proceed, and will offer you a replacement if the fault is deemed to have been a manufacture fault.
We get it, sometimes we change our minds! No problem, just send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 30 days of purchase, and return the unused item alongwith the invoice to our PO Box address in its original packing, and we will offer you an exchange item in the same price.
While we cannot reimburse the return shipment, we will offer free shipment for the exchange product(s).
